Overview:
Companies need a platform to understand the level of understanding and efficiency an employee has at a given task. Being able to train new employees in an effective yet standard manner can be of great advantage to them.
Problem:
They do not have a centralized to host their learning resources, and could never be aware of learning resources available in other departments. Reporting and tracking progress is the most challenging part when doing it manually. The less likely hood of anytime anywhere learning.
Goal:
The goal is to design a learning management system for a paramedical company, where the employees should be able to get all the learning modules in one place and track their learning progress day by day.
The trainer should be able to track the Learning progress of their trainees and create and update the course modules.
